Meet Rushell Wood

With 25 years of real estate experience and 20 years serving Southern Oregon, I bring a straightforward, detail-oriented approach to helping buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners make confident real estate decisions. My goal isn’t simply to get a transaction closed—I want my clients to have a positive experience along the way and feel informed, well represented, and confident in the decisions they’re making.

I began my real estate career in Arizona in 2001, when I earned my first real estate license and worked alongside a top-producing broker in Scottsdale. I moved to Southern Oregon in 2005 and earned my Oregon real estate license in 2006. Today, I’m a Principal Broker and co-owner of Top Agents Real Estate Company with my best friend, serving clients throughout the Rogue Valley and surrounding areas.
